No waiting on the mail, wondering when your statement will get to you, just a convenient secure email.  By using this statement delivery method, you will be helping the environment and ensuring your financial privacy.  Just like internet banking, e-statements are free.

What is an e-statement?
An e-statement is an electronic version of your statement with images available online via our secure site. You can view and print your statement right from your computer, avoiding the wait for traditional mail. Back To Top

Are check images available with my e-statement?
Check images are available only if you receive your check images with your current statement. However, you can view your check images when you sign on to Online Banking to view your transactions by clicking on the check number. Back To Top

When can I view my e-statement?
You can login to view e-statement at any time! Your e-statement will be available within 24 hours after your statement cycle ends. We will send you an email alerting you that your e-statement is ready for viewing. Back To Top

Will my e-statement look the same as my paper statement?
Yes, your e-statement looks exactly like your paper statement. Back To Top

May I view my electronic statement without signing up for e-statements?
No, you will need to enroll so you can receive your login ID and Password. Back To Top

Can I save my e-statement for future reference?
You can save them right to your computer if you wish. Also your statements will be available on our website for sixty days. Back To Top

Can I access an e-statement for all of my accounts?

Is there a charge for e-statements?

Do I have to sign up for Online Banking in order to have access to e-statements?
Yes, you have to sign up for Online Banking in order to have access to e-statements.

Will I need a password to view my e-statement?
Yes.  If you currently have Online Banking your login ID and password remain the same. If this is your first time enrolling for Online Banking, your login ID and password will be provided to you. Back To Top

Will I be able to print my statement and check images?
Yes. Once you open the e-statement you will be able to print it just like you print any document on your computer. Back To Top

How do I sign up for e-statements?
You can enroll online or come into the bank and talk to one of our Personal Bankers. Back To Top

May I have my e-statement accessed by my accountant?
Yes, but you will need to set up your accountant with a user name and password.  You can do this by clicking on the tab “additional user” on your Online Banking page. Back To Top

What is Adobe Reader and why do I need it?
Adobe Acrobat Reader is free software used for viewing and printing of electronic forms. You will need this software (6.0 or higher) installed before statements can be downloaded, displayed or printed. Back To Top

How can I get Adobe Reader?
The email that contains your electronic statement will have a link to enable you to download the free software at that time. Back To Top

What if I change my email address?
In order to continue receiving the email notice that your latest e-statement is available, you need to update your email address on your Online Banking page under the tab “options”. Back To Top

How long will it take to set up my e-statement?
Once you have responded to our set-up verification email, access will be set up within two banking days and you will receive an email from us with your security phrase. In the future, you will receive an email alerting you when your next e-statement is

Who should I contact if I can’t access my e-statement?
If you cannot access your e-statement or you forgot your password, you can contact us through our website or call 1-888-866-8166 between 8:00am to 4:00pm CST on normal banking days. Back To Top
