What is an E-Statement?
An E-Statement is an electronic version of your statement with images available online
via our secure site. You can view and print your statement right from your computer,

Are check images available with my E- Statement?
Check images are available only if you receive your check images with your current statement. However, you can view your check images when you sign on to Online Banking to view your transactions by clicking on the check number. Back to top

When can I view my E-Statement?
You can login to view E-Statement at any time! Your E-Statement will be available within 24 hours after your statement cycle ends. We will send you an email alerting you that your E-Statement is ready for viewing. Back to top

Will I need a password to view my E-Statement?
Yes.  If you currently have Online Banking your login ID and password remain the same. If this is your first time enrolling for Online Banking, your login ID and password will be provided to you. Back to top

Will I be able to print my statement and check images?
Yes. Once you open the E-Statement you will be able to print it just like you print any document on your computer. Back to top

How do I sign up for E-Statements?

May I have my E-Statement accessed by my accountant?
Yes, but you will need to set up your accountant with a user name and password.  You can do this by clicking on the tab "additional user" on you online banking page. Back to top

What is Adobe Reader and why do I need it?
Adobe Acrobat Reader is free software used for viewing and printing of electronic forms. You will need this software (6.0 or higher) installed before statements can be download, display or print your statement and images. Back to top

How can I get Adobe Reader?
The e-mail that contains your electronic statement will have a link to enable you to download the free software at that time. Back to top

What if I change my email address?
In order to continue receiving the email notice that your latest E-Statement is available, you need to update your email address on your online banking page under the tab "options". Back to top

How long will it take to set up my E-Statement?
Once you have responded to our set-up verification email, access will be set up within two banking days and you will receive an email from us with your security phrase. In the future, you will receive an email alerting you when your next E-Statement is available. Back to top

Who should I contact if I can't access my E-Statement?
If you cannot access your E-Statement or you forgot your password, you can contact us through our Web site or call 1-888-866-8166 between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST on normal banking days. Back to top
